Rudy approved.
This festive doxy ornament by Cody Foster is a glass dachshund up on his hind legs in a knit scarf, holding a berry wreath like he fully intends to hang it himself. Choose brown or black. Rudy, our shop dachshund, signed off on both.
For the dachshund household, the friend who signs her cards from the dog, or your own tree where he goes front and center. A good stocking stuffer, a better gift tag, and the kind of ornament people pick up to look at.

Styling Notes:
He is tall and narrow, so give him a branch tip where his full length hangs clear instead of crowding him in near the trunk. Two dogs at home usually means two ornaments, and they look better as a pair anyway. Handle it by the cap, the paint is delicate.
