Mood by DMJ — Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 14, 2025

Mood by DMJ ships orders within the United States from our location in Lafayette, Louisiana. Below you’ll find our current shipping terms and guidelines.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time — see product description for details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and order size.

  • Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • All shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of Lafayette, Louisiana.

  • Local deliveries are made within 2 business days of order placement.

  • We will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers — please provide a physical address when possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Mood by DMJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items at info@moodbydmj.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and replace or refund the item when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to be resent.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
