The one that looks different from every angle.
The 150mm Metallic Gold Leaf Glass Ornament by Jim Marvin is a clear glass ball with metallic gold leaf laid inside, so the gold breaks and pools instead of covering evenly. No two are patterned the same.
150mm is about 6 inches, which makes this a statement ball rather than a filler. Hang three or five deep in the tree where they catch the lights, or set one in a bowl on the console and leave it out past the season. Jim Marvin is the name collectors look for, and glass behaves differently than plastic on a tree: more weight, better light, a finish that photographs.

How to Style It:
This one needs light behind it, not on it. Hang it near a bulb so the leaf lights from within and the clear glass disappears. Against a dark branch it goes flat, so keep it out where the tree opens up.
