Gold glass with a beaded texture.
The 150mm Gold Glass Beaded Ornament by Jim Marvin is a hand-blown glass ball about 6 inches across, finished in warm antique gold and covered in fine glass beading. The beads break up the shine into tiny points of light, so it glows rather than glares.
Gold is the one color every Christmas tree can use, and texture is what keeps it from looking flat. At 6 inches this is a statement ornament, so hang it where the tree needs weight and let smaller pieces fill in around it. It works with every palette, from red and green to moss, bronze, and cream. Off the tree, set one on a cake stand or in a brass bowl for tabletop holiday decor.
