A parrot tulip with ruffled, feathered petals.
The Natural Touch Orange Parrot Tulip Stem by Winward gets the parrot tulip right: ruffled, fringed petals in hot orange with red and green feathering through the center, on a stem that leans the way a real tulip does.
At 27.5 inches with two long leaves, it holds a tall vase on its own with no filler. Odd numbers work best: five in a clear cylinder, three in a pitcher, one on a nightstand. Natural touch petals have the soft, slightly waxy feel of a fresh tulip, and orange brings heat to a neutral room in a way a white stem never will.
