Warmer than gold, quieter than copper.
The 150mm Brown Glass Ornament by Jim Marvin is a hand-blown glass ball in warm brown, polished to a mirror gloss. Reads amber in daylight and burnt caramel under tree lights, which is why it sits so easily next to brass and fresh greenery.
150mm is about 6 inches, which makes this a statement ball rather than a filler. Hang three or five deep in the tree where they catch the lights, or set one in a bowl on the console and leave it out past the season. Jim Marvin is the name collectors look for, and glass behaves differently than plastic on a tree: more weight, better light, a finish that photographs.

How to Style It:
Brown is the neutral that does not compete. Run it with moss green and gold leaf in the same tree and the three of them read as one palette rather than three decisions. Good near candlelight, where the amber comes forward.
