Booking & Deposit Policy

A $50 consultation fee is required prior to our initial visit to review the areas you’d like decorated. This fee will be applied as a credit and deducted from your final invoice.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service charge is required at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your appointment and protects against cancellations.

Any custom order items (such as ornaments, ribbon, or specialty décor) must be paid in full at the time of order to secure materials in advance.

We offer premium, real-touch Norfolk pine and cedar garlands and wreaths.

In most cases, we do not provide full tree setup. However, if you require assistance, please include this request in your contact message, and we will do our best to accommodate.
